BTR Collaboration Award
Celebrating collaborative approaches that bring together developers, operators, local authorities, housing associations, suppliers and partners to deliver quality homes and stronger communities.
Professional Partner of the Year (BTR)
Recognising organisations that support the growth and success of Build to Rent through professional expertise, strategic advice and specialist consultancy.
This award celebrates the organisations that help shape high-quality BTR developments through design, planning, legal expertise, consultancy, engineering, technology and other professional services.
Operational Partner of the Year (BTR)
Recognising organisations that deliver essential operational services supporting the day-to-day running and resident experience of Build to Rent communities.
This award celebrates companies that help operators maintain exceptional standards across BTR developments through services such as cleaning, landscaping, security, recruitment, facilities management, concierge services and other operational support.
Technology in BTR
Recognising technology that enhances resident experience, operational efficiency, security and sustainability.
BTR Marketing Campaign
This award recognises marketing campaigns that have successfully elevated the profile of Build to Rent, challenged perceptions of renting and clearly communicated the value of high-quality rental living to target audiences.
Judges will be looking for campaigns that demonstrate strategic insight, creativity and measurable impact, while remaining authentic to the ethos of Build to Rent.
BTR Interior Design
This award celebrates interior design excellence within Build to Rent developments, recognising spaces that support modern lifestyles, enhance wellbeing and elevate the resident experience.
People and Leadership Awards
Best Onsite Team
Recognising onsite teams who deliver exceptional resident experiences while fostering safe, engaged and thriving communities.
Rising Talent Award
Recognising emerging talent already making a meaningful impact and demonstrating exceptional potential to become a future leader within the rental living sector.
Unsung Hero Award
Celebrating an individual who consistently goes above and beyond, making a meaningful difference to residents, colleagues or communities, often without formal recognition.

Nominations are welcome for leaders, innovators and influencers at all levels who have made a meaningful contribution to the rental living sector.
International Innovation
International Innovation in Rental Living
Recognising an overseas Build to Rent operator, developer or team that has demonstrated excellence in rental living in their local market, while actively learning from the UK BTR sector and offering insights that could benefit UK rental living. This award celebrates innovation, operational excellence, resident experience, and community impact, with a strong emphasis on cross-market learning and knowledge exchange.
