Celebrating an individual who consistently goes above and beyond, making a meaningful difference to residents, colleagues or communities, often without formal recognition.
The judges will be looking for the entry that has successfully met the below criteria.

- What difference has this individual made to residents, customers, colleagues or communities?
- How do they demonstrate commitment beyond their role?
- Provide examples of initiative, compassion, dedication or support.
- How do they embody the values of the organisation and the sector?
