Recognising emerging talent already making a meaningful impact and demonstrating exceptional potential to become a future leader within the rental living sector.
The judges will be looking for the entry that has successfully met the below criteria.

- How have they demonstrated initiative, innovation or leadership potential?
- Provide examples of contributions that have positively influenced residents, colleagues or supported team, project or customer outcomes.
