Recognising technology that enhances resident experience, operational efficiency, security and sustainability.
The judges will be looking for organisations/developments that have successfully met the below criteria.

- What technology, innovative or digital solution, has been implemented?
- How does it improve residents’ experience, engagement, staff and overall quality of life?
- How do resident systems or apps improve engagement and service delivery?
- How has the technology been implemented in a practical and commercially sustainable way?
- What impact does it have on long-term operational viability?
- Why should we love your entry?
