BTR Marketing Campaign
This award recognises marketing campaigns that have successfully elevated the profile of Build to Rent, challenged perceptions of renting and clearly communicated the value of high-quality rental living to target audiences. Judges will be looking for campaigns that demonstrate strategic insight, creativity and measurable impact, while remaining authentic to the ethos of Build to Rent.
Campaigns may be submitted by developers, operators, agencies or in-house marketing teams.
The judges will be looking for developments/organisations which have successfully met the below criteria.
Please answer each element in up to 300 words.
- What challenge or opportunity did the campaign seek to address, and why was this important?
- What research, insight or data informed the campaign strategy?
- How did the campaign creatively communicate the benefits of Build to Rent living?
- What channels, tools or technologies were used to engage target audiences?
- How was success measured and what outcomes were achieved?
- Why should we love your entry?
Supporting materials: You may submit an additional three documents that you feel will enhance your entry (please make sure that any key information is included within the main awards submission).
