International Innovation in Rental Living
Recognising an overseas Build to Rent operator, developer or team that has demonstrated excellence in rental living in their local market, while actively learning from the UK BTR sector and offering insights that could benefit UK rental living. This award celebrates innovation, operational excellence, resident experience, and community impact, with a strong emphasis on cross-market learning and knowledge exchange.
Entries are welcome from operators, developers or teams delivering innovation in any international rental living market.
The judges will be looking for organisations/developments which have successfully met the below criteria.

- Innovation & Impact: What strategies, operational models or initiatives demonstrate excellence in rental living within your market?
- Learning from the UK: How has experience, insight, or examples from the UK, BTR sector, where relevant, informed your approach?
- Contribution to Knowledge Exchange: What lessons, innovations or good practices from your operation could be relevant to the UK rental living sector?
- Resident & Community Experience: How do your initiatives enhance resident wellbeing, engagement or community outcomes?
- Sustainability & ESG: How have sustainability, ESG or placemaking principles been incorporated into your operation or development?
