Sustainable Places and Healthy Homes Awards
Recognising organisations and developments that create environmentally responsible, healthy places to live while delivering long-term value for residents, communities and the environment.
The judges will be looking for organisations/developments which have successfully met the below criteria.
(Responses should be up to approximately 300 words each. Concise, clear answers are welcomed.)
- What is your strategy to reduce carbon emissions, energy use and support the transition to net zero?
- How have sustainability, health and wellbeing been considered across design, construction and/or operation of the development?
- How have place-making, nature, biodiversity and external environments enhanced long-term liveability?
- How does the development contribute positively to the wider community?
- How do procurement, supply chain or construction approaches support sustainable outcomes where applicable?
- How do you measure or demonstrate environmental, social and building performance now and for the future?
- Why should we love your entry?
Supporting materials: You may submit an additional three documents that you feel will enhance your entry (please make sure that any key information is included within the main awards submission). These documents will not be scored but can be used to evidence information supplied within the submission.
