The judges will be looking for developments that have successfully met the below criteria.
Please answer each element in up to 300 words.
- How were location, facilities and ESG considerations reflected in the development?
- How was the resident placed at the centre of the design?
- How has technology, where used, enhanced the customer experience?
- What was the strategic vision behind the development, and what impact has it had or is expected to have?
- What initiatives or partnerships/collaborations support resident wellbeing?
- How does the development meet current and emerging legislative requirements?
- Why should we love your entry?
